New Visual Entertainment Completes
'Miss International Hawaiian Tropics '99' Production,
Sells Worldwide Rights to C3D Digital

SAN DIEGO, July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- New Visual Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
NVXE - news) is pleased to announce that it has completed principal photography and post
production of the ''Miss International Hawaiian Tropics '99'', shot entirely in NVX 3D and sold to
the world's first digital satellite 3D channel, C-3D.

The 30 minute short, filmed in Las Vegas in April of this year, captures exotic swimsuit models from
all over the world in ultra-rich off-screen glamour. Each year the Tropicana Hotel, in conjunction
with Hawaiian Tropics, hosts this highly publicized and anticipated event. New Visual originally
filmed test footage during last year's event and developed multiple strategic relations at a number of
levels, culminating with this featurette and other ventures to follow.

Earlier this year, C-3D Digital, Inc. launched the world's first television network to exclusively offer
3D programming to satellite dish owners, cable TV subscribers and pay-per-view lodging guests.
The channel, called IC3D Network, broadcasts on the C-band an array of sports and live events as
well as entertaining movies in full stereoscopic 3D to a vast satellite footprint that covers all 50 states.

The worldwide distribution agreement with C-3D is the second such deal with the company as New
Visual continues to supply stereoscopic content to their unprecedented satellite 3D platform. Earlier
this year, New Visual also licensed their popular and most frequently viewed ''Edge of Reality''
extreme sports film, which will soon see additional Home Video distribution through C-3D's
Television and Internet marketing programs.

As anticipated, the company reports revenues in excess of $200,000 for the first two quarters of
1999 with multiple production opportunities in development. The Company also reports that its
long-awaited funding negotiations are progressing to the satisfaction of its Chief Executive Officer,
Ray Willenberg, Jr., who states, ''We're in a good place right now, feeling confident that our
continued revenues and demand for 3D content will ultimately help us complete the growth capital
financing we've been working to secure for sometime.''

New Visual Entertainment, Inc. is a true stereoscopic 3D production company that specializes in 3D
product development and distribution for special venue theaters, home video, broadcast and
theatrical markets by utilizing patented technology for the creation and exhibition of 3-dimensional
media.

news release looking forward in time involve risks and uncertainties, including the risks associated
with the effect of changing economic conditions, trends in the products markets, variations in the
