Don, appreciate the SCKT... Good company they have. I will tell you though... I HATE exotic financing... it's sorta like the first car I bought on my own. It was a 79 Camaro Z28 and I could not afford it. However, with some exotic financing I was able to get it. I nearly went under the debtor's prison. I hate convertibles of any kind with respect to owning the common. I would prefer to play the convertible/W to the common. The stock certainly looks very well consolidated on the chart. I will see what I can find. Tom
