funny, he said lower inventory levels. what does that mean? they had 8 weeks as of last q end. does that mean they have 10 weeks now - lower than the 10 weeks and 2 hrs they had the day before? seriously. he didn't say shznit. reminds me of his "demand for dram continues to remain strong" proclamation as pricing collapsed. he said shortage? hello? let the brain dead spend their money.

we haven't heard the details of this incentive program - b/c it isn't favorable to mu, i'm sure. i do know they were offering 15% discounts to some european customers and they currently offer a 15% discount to some cpq purchasers.

Jeff, Note that he said inventory levels were low, not Micron's inventories. <g> He also forgot to mention that MU loses about $1.50 a chip at the higher prices he quoted. What a scamster.
