Now what does that mean? I will answer. FIRST PREFERRED STOCK is stock that has preferential claim on dividends and assets over other preferred issues and common stock. What I don't understand is how this PREFERRED STOCK business applies to AOXY. Does anyone know the answer to the above?<<<
