They had it set too high and killed him on the third jolt. Do you listen to WLS radio? Yesterday they were talking about Mel Reynolds. Mel is serving time for lying about screwing around. They keep trying him for this lie and that lie and the longer he's in the joint the longer his term. Yesterday they quoted Mel as saying " If I had been the President instead of an alderman I'd never have been convicted."
