Generally they accumulate the stock before making the recommendation.

If they would show the stock on the list at the same time they make the
recommendation, wouldn't that be a little too obvious.

Also, they may already have accumulated but the current value may have dropped
below their accumulation cost. Who knows?!

These are games they play.

Good to see a recommendation, a positive one at that, but it's only one.
