Radar Acquisitions Corp - Radar Acquisitions private placement Radar Acquisitions Corp RAC Shares issued 8,301,143 1999-08-18 close $3.2 Thursday Aug 19 1999 Mr. John Bergen reports Radar Acquisitions has proposed an arm's-length private placement of 200,000 shares at $3.00 for $600,000. Each purchaser will receive one share-purchase warrant for each two shares purchased, with such warrant providing for the purchase of a further common share for $3.00 and expiring 13 months from issuance. If all the warrants are exercised, a further 100,000 shares will be issued. There is no investment dealer, broker or agent participating in the transaction. Proceeds will be used for a further exploration program on Radar's leases in Colorado and excess funds, if any, will be used for general corporate purposes.
