Yes it did.

Actually, it's traded really well the last couple of months...in a very tough market I may add. How many 100% gainers on the big boards have there been in the last 30 - 60 days ??? Also, as I believe Velo stated earlier....we are just getting started.

Not concerned about the site opening and not really concerned about the short term gyrations. I believe the online banking industry will be big and USAB will be a major player, Lets face it. Every year, time gets more important, as it seems we have less and less everyday. Banking is something that every individual must do. We are in the age of " convenience factor " and americans will surely use the service if it works. USAB is just a baby. We may do well the rest of this year and we may not with y2k fears, greenspan, and etc, etc......but I think the year 2000 will be a great year for the market and for this particular industry as well. It is also quite apparent that these guys ( usab ) mean business. I believe it was tom borst ( i think anyway ) who gave us a very good report on his visit with the company and management team. I feel very good holding this long term and intend to do just that.

Good Luck to all
