TMan,
Will look forward to hearing about it. Are you talking about the Mt. Kisko location?

IF so, for others, here is a link to a map:

I am starting to get a little bit excited. FNTN has finally responded/re-filed to the SEC, and, with a little bit of luck, FNTN may be fully reporting in the next month. I suppose we can also look forward to the 2nd quarter revenues within the next month (any sign of increasing revenues will be good news). In addition, thanks to Tomato Man, we will get a company visit account this Friday.

Everything is starting to look a lot better. If FNTN can become fully reporting soon and if the 2nd quarter revenues show signs of improvement, I think we will see this stock go back up to over a dollar. If the 3rd and 4th quarter revenues can come close to the 5 million revenue for 1999 projection, I think this stock will really start to take off and perhaps approach $10 (remember that 5 million in revenue for 1999 will require enormous/exponential quarter to quarter revenue growth).

Re: BH & TM - New Facility

Heard reply from MS that included information that FNTN is moving to more spacious quarters in Mt. Kisko, north of their present lease space. Don't have any real particulars other than it will be bigger.
Can't be anything but good news if they are moving before their current lease is up which he indicated is the case.

This seems strange (on the Positive Strange side).

From the new SB2A:
"FACILITIES

Financial Intranet's principal offices are located at 410 Saw Mill River Road, Ardsley, New York. Such offices are located on two floors leased by Financial Intranet under two leases. A lease for 909 square feet at an annual rent of $18,675 terminates on December 31, 2000. A lease for 700 square feet for annual rent of $15,575 terminates on December 31, 2000. Financial Intranet believes that the offices are sufficient for its current operations and proposed operations through the term of the lease."

To me being a hard core techie, this appears to be very good news.

It's easy to move your Administrative Assets, but you just don't unplug your equipment and move it, without disrupting operations.

"Broker/dealers and financial advisors are currently offered two levels of access, informational access and interactive access. Interactive access allows broker/dealers and financial advisors to schedule video conferences. Information access provides video-on-demand and news. Delayed quotes on securities prices are available for no additional charge on our web site. We recognize that broker\dealers require real time quotes. Real time quotes and financial data are available through Financial Intranet's co-marketing agreement with S&P Comstock for an additional charge. We could provide real time quotes directly if we construct a second data center with the proceeds of a maximum offering. The second data center will afford us sufficient redundancy in our hardware to improve our reliability if our primary data center sustains a disruption."

The bottom line IMHO is they have the funds available to purchase equipment for a Second Data center.

They may move out of the old facility, but the equipment there can be moved to a new location.

TomatoMan - Will you ask a few questions on Friday relating to the above?

Thanks,
JW@KSC

Tomato Man, I hope you come back with a little more information and insight than your last trip, which told us absolutely zero. Ask MS how he plans to get the stock price up. Even his most well-known and ardent supporters of the past are saying performance has "sucked"... their words, not mine.
