I would wait for the 8:1 reverse split to settle in before buying.

Williamson, forget that SSC still has a weak balance sheet. And IMO, its US$80M of pre-tax cash flows are overstated... at current product prices, I can't see more than $40-45M.

Still, the stock has a market cap of $70M..so if they get US$35-$40M in pre-tax cash flows (after allowing for some interest expense on debt financing) ... that should be a fairly good investment.
