Steve, I agree with you 100%. However, it is human nature to buy something for a buck you think you will be able to sell for $20, even if you own lots of options for free. Furthermore, as I have noted before, a bunch of these guys have significant profits from option sales last time around. That is like free money, that they did not put back into the stock.

It is not worth beating to death, although I certainly own less than I would have if there had been serious buying by insiders. I generally think it unwise to own more of a company's stock than most of management.

I stick with my assessment in my prior post of the nature of much of mgmt there.
