Not a prayer. They have all been cleared of any wrongdoing and cannot be tried again. Much like the agent who shot Vicki Weaver, racist or not she was unarmed and holding her child. I would hope that man still has nightmares......

It could happen to any one of us, simply by posting here. We could come under such scrutiny and if the gov't wants you busted you will be.

OOPS, could the ATF be slightly at fault! Gosh no way!

Gun dealer called ATF before spree

Smith (AP file).
PEORIA, Ill. - A man who admits selling two handguns to spree killer Benjamin Smith says he called authorities when he recognized the man from a composite sketch - but his call was not returned for two days. The call was made only hours before an Indiana University student was slain in the two-state killing spree that targeted minorities and left two people dead and nine injured. Smith, a white supremacist, shot himself to death as he struggled with police July 4. Gun seller Don Fiessinger, 64, has pleaded innocent to a federal charge of selling firearms without a license.
