GJC,

Which means instead of 38 million shares total we have 24 million? Damn, that's a mess of plastic's factory deals gone bad. Obviously a few we didn't know about. I hope Jerry hasn't pissed off his MM's. I imagine word would spread pretty fast amongst those groups and we're back to a .12 stock price.

Dan

I think you all are not looking to the big picture.

These companies they acquire ACCEPT shares of blhg instead of cash. So they must believe in the long term story, otherwise, why sell for stupid OTC-BB stock.

But, I think the short term risk is in the fact that the company could get delisted from OTC-BB as I understood, right Debby? Then you have shares which are not easy to trade and who wants that. That is the main reason for the sell off I believe.

At this price I am thinking of buying in again, the downside risk is not that big anymore (I sold at 1.02). If Jerry gets his numbers audited in time the company will not be delisted. That would be a good thing for the company.

Any remarks are welcome.

Rene.

GJC,

The latest and the greatest from da man himself....

New office local;

BLHG
100 Pearl St. 14th floor
Hartford, Conn. 6103-4506

Ph: 860-249-7008
Fax: 860-249-7001

Seems Jerry was tired of the commute. This will alllow for more time spent in the office which is closer to home and less the commute (who could blame him). Nice building, Price Waterhouse is his neighbor.

Also stated he'd be chatting on AOL again soon. Currently adding the finishing touches on the accounting process. Don't know much more guy's. Good Luck!

Dan
