Never place a market order to buy a fast moving stock. It is much safer to place a limit order above the ask and if you miss it, it wasn't supposed to be. There will always be another opportunity around the corner.

Hi GBT. I started a thread on this subject yesterday. I just found yours. Guess we are both on the same wave length. #1 Institutions make money off inexperienced traders. #2 there is more than enough money to go around. #3 If you proceed with discipline, you wont get burned. #4 It helps to learn from the mistakes of others. Here's to a profitable year guys!
