Thanks for your reply. It does help me understand the reason for your post. F.G., if you are subpoenaed, remember, you are not a party and as such you are entitled to reimbursement for all costs of travel, hotel, expenses as well as witness fees. You should also request to be compensated for your time away from work. As a non-party, your attendance in any civil proceeding more than 100 miles away from your residence will be expensive. Enjoy, and remember to fly first class.
