I was wrong on the amount of shares outstanding at Freeserve. I appears that Freeserve issued 90 million new ADR shares and Dixon's offered 63 million (of their ~312 million) for a total of 153 million shares in the offering. If my arithmetic is correct that means 153 of 402 million is outstanding float.
Re XSNI, I can't get any outstanding share info. I suggest going to their website to find this. FYI
