and it might be an indication of a peak in the BTB of the semi equip in general

My uneducated WAG is that it depends on the time frame. Over the next couple of months, who knows. But with 300mm on the horizon, smaller and smaller linewidths a necessity, and foundries now operating at capacity, I suspect that we are in the early stages of a multi-year semi-equip upswing.
