i am so tired of hearing about market makers being a problem. instead of placing blame on market makers lets face some facts:

1 - uswb has a huge float of over 60 mýllýon shares, and total outstandýng of around 70 mýllýon. as such, there is a glut of shares available generally, and with the massive insider selling each and every quarter, long investors must ask themselves why the hell they should hold on. i agree that insiders and crony based sweetheart options and stock deals are a problem as well.

2 - the stock is not cheap, as many fools on Yahoo board seem to be fond of saying.

3 - uswb is not an internet stock. the company loves to say its a pure play internet stock - big deal, it just means other services companies have a deeper understanding of the clients business processes. Every systems development firm on earth (and perhaps in space, but only Firmage knows) ýs focusing on internet technologýes.

in the end, the problem is very basýc - supply, supply, supply. And ýnsýders are taking the lead ýn the sellýng.

not only is supply huge today, but you have street projections coming out suggesting another 30 million shares wýll be created for new acquýsýtýons - ABSURD ! If uswb is foolish enough to create more shares with its stock no higher than ýt was a year ago, we wýll really see the support dýmýnýsh.

the low and decreasýng stock price in a fine overall market ýs sayýng: Build the damn business yourself! Show me you can do ýt. Up to this point, its all financial engineering. Show us that you have a real company and not just a hodge podge of acquisitions. the only way to do this is demonstrate organýc headcount, revenue, and margin growth.

I own this stock at 21. Any further acquisitions are guaranteed to be overpriced, and that will trigger real selling, including my shares.

Fools: its not the market makers. do you think the market participants are foolish enough to allow a large inefficiency to exist for a long period of time - WRONG. please do not bother us with boring conspiracy theories.
