Hmm. could be... but only if it were in the same price point with other 1.5 megapixel cameras with no Zoom Lens... around $399 or less.

But at $599, it puts it in the same league as 2+ Megapixel cameras like the Ricoh RDC-5000- a new 2.3 Megapixel camera with 2.3x Zoom Lens, superb Macro capabilites, and USB.

There are plenty of other camera at this price level as well with far superior capabilities than this entry. Expect sales of this camera to a few Iomega Investors, and virtually NO ONE else... Probably a grand total of 1000 cameras sold worldwide.

Reseller, thanks for the photos. Looks like a winner, especially with the USB. I wonder if one could also use it to transfer data from desktop to laptop? [i.e. just use the Clik!]

Hi Gottfried,
It looks like this is a fully functioning drive and as such could be used for other purposes. I guess we'll have to wait and see on that one but, I don't see any reason why that wouldn't be the case.
Regards
