It has been a long day,sold all my shares at 4 today-thank heavens some fool bought them.A few things should be mentioned here;
1.Terms of sales agreement have been changed from half of sales revenue to half of operating profit-note gate has not told anyone of this.
2.Revenues are further out than expected as manufacturing problems are yet to be overcome for devices this complex-which is why no embedded licensing deals.
3.If everything went right gate still will never be profitable under present cost structure,
4.Gate is depending on another company to sell their product as well as provide a loan not to mention cut profits in half.

The risks of low yields and delays are high here.Also remember zycad hooked a few customers on lightspeed and left them high and dry -I would not depend on this technology being supported long term and it is very doubtful that any advantage is here as siemens would have bought them by now imo.

The risks of this management is way to high to buy this stock-I hope never to fall for this type of hype again.I can see them going for debentures soon as their balance sheet is terrible .Good luck if you still hold this thing but I would not touch it with a ten foot pole and if you believe their hype good luck again.

R.Peterson,forgot to mention that if you check, the long term supporter Mr.Smith sold his holdings sometime ago as well as Horst Sandorf-that should tell you something and it ain't good.
