Look, Marshall...

You quit your stupid comments about pump-and-dumping AMZN and I'll stop with the immature taunting...

When I see childish posting on these threads I can't help but reply at the same level.

It's funny that I've never seen a post from bulls to shorts like "Once this gets above 200, it will never look back. Start making up excuses to tell your wife why she will never get that new kitchen you promised."

I can see why they get started, though.

I apologize for the 100 shares comment but when you come on strong like you did, expect to get it right back.

Congrats on the 1000%...how did you do it? What stocks helped? We should all be learning from each other here rather than attacking, but some people deserve it with their outlandish comments.

Good luck and keep your losses small before they bite you in the butt.

Paul

Marshall,

Welcome to this thread. I wouldn't worry over criticism like you were responding to. A few months ago another person here (HJ) would trade 1k shares at a time. Usually short amzn. I was shorting 100 shares and that would take me into full margin. He would say the only difference between our positions is a tiny zero. Well, since then the acct has grown, and I can tack on that zero when it is warranted.

But why are you short amzn ? Do you have a process to tell you when to get out, like a stop loss point ?
