Adam, I dont doubt that you spoke with him, I dont doubt that he said as you stated. Like I said, when I hear two different stories at two different times I shy away. When I spoke to the company the gal I spoke to said that they felt a reverse would be the best thing over all and bring broker support to the stock. You have a good little company here....just a lousy stock structure [IMO]. Hope it works well for you, Lazarus
