The only thing better than being a good technical analyst is being a father and husband. The best from our family to yours.

One the techie side -- not enough conviction on this one either way. I will look to sell a few puts short tomorrow. Again, best wishes for a happy healthy life.

>>>I'd like to announce that as of 2 days ago, I am a VERY proud father of a brand spanking new baby boy. Miracles like this really put life into perspective...

There is nothing on earth man, nothing....then to hear that little voice calls you Dad for the first time. Believe me...then you have arrived.

Your goal then as Dad is to carve him out a swath which makes it much easier for him then it was for you, that's what Dads are for.....that's all. You do the work and he gains all the benefits...and if you are successful...he will duplicate you. And now that you are a Big Boy and he will look up to you....do it Dad.

Scott, congratulations on the birth of your child. I'm fortunate to have five fine children myself. There are two things you now have to give that boy, first roots and later wings. Good luck to you both!

Congratulations! This is wonderful news. Events like this really do help us realign our perspective on life. What we do here is fun, but it helps to be reminded where our energy should be focused. Many new challenges as a father, for sure, but my experience has been that it just keeps getting better as the months and years go on.

Thanks for sharing,

Erik
