would you agree that Timna might even happen?

There seems to be a fundamental mismatch between a low cost integrated processor, and DRDRAM. However, Intel does have the option to plug an SDRAM hub into the DRDRAM socket. This is a less expensive solution than using DRDRAM.

As DRDRAM associated costs come down it may make sense on a PCOAC, but only time will tell!
