Shuo,

I dont expect to see the DOW at 14,000 but I do believe that there will be some sectors that could set significant new highs by the 4th quarter.

I believe the key to this market is the sector rotation. For example, since MAY the DOW really has not gone anywhere significant, but the NAZ has seen violent moves. Within the NAZ you have the SOX setting new highs while the INTERNETS are going down.

In APRIL the DOW took off to the upside strongly at the expense of the NAZ, now the SOX is running up at the expense of the INTERNETS. In light of such my observation is that that the sector rotation is getting even more narrow.

So I do feel that it is possible for some/few sectors to set new highs but such will be at the expense of other sectors. At this time I dont think the DOW will be one of those sectors running up hard in the 4th quarter.
