Fine as long as it is DDable. I remember when I was trying to DD a sub-penny last year... None of the phone numbers in the latest news release (from over a year before) were still connected. Everything was a dead end. I can find damn near anybody.... so after half a day on the computer and phone, I found someone to talk to about the stock of XXXX in an obscure town in Wyoming. He was the CEO, CFO, COO, Secretary, janitor, receptionist etc... HE told me the stock was worthless, the float was probably in the billions, there was no company anymore. He was contemplating killing himself... I thought he was going to start crying. He suggested that I invest cash directly through him.... "Sure, I'll send ya 10K and see what you can do with it." I told him as I hung up. No, I didn't send him any money... At least he was honest. It was a long fall from a NASDAQ company to a billion float shell.... Tom
