Jerome, here's VECO web site with product summaries veeco.com Process Equip encompasses both DD and semi equip. There's no question process equip is the up and coming area for VECO. I'm not even close to understanding half of this technically, but I believe VECO's products will be huge winners as 300mm starts up. Someone posted a few weeks ago that DD was more than 2/3 of VECO's business, but with the lingering DD woes, semi equip might be 50% or more over the next 12 months. Jay
