If I know something, I don't give a rats ass what 100 monkeys have to say. In the first place, your interests are secondary to thier interests, so you've already lost the first battle. You think those guys are going to tell you to buy at the bottom? Nope, they're going to tell you to buy, after they already have done so. In the second place, as an individual you are much more nimble than a fund. If you can figure out some things, which LG, L3, the captain, et al, have been gracious enough to share, there is no reason someone could not learn to do better than the industry average, IMO.
