infr would be a good short if they weren't so inept
sebl, unfortunately, i think even less of them
successful, but it depends on your measure in life

infr main claim to fame is the people and technology that spun off
they still have major AI component that they 'reconfigured' for ecommerce--missed the boat, NETP and ENGA is where the market went

infr has a hammer (AI) and was looking for nails

i would be very surprised if SEBL bought them, but if you say so
SEBL is a marketing/sales powerhouse, they might rework the infr hammer, and will be ruthless doing it, imho

SEBL will win in the deal, infr customers lose, imo
but there is one space which could be interesting
