Colt, you are correct. The VSE "COULD" approve it as early as tomorrow. However, I suspect that SYD is not "in favour" with the VSE at the moment because of their notification of an impending move to a US exchange. All I was saying, was that the VSE, if they so desired, could start the clock all over again. In the past when SYD changed a PP, it took approximately 4 to 6 weeks for approval (E.g. PP of Dec 98).
