LG & MDA'ers....sadly, I informed LG the other day to remove my page from the MDA site because I have been late in meeting my intended update schedules time and time again for various reasons. I don't want to tarnish the excellence of the site, so I'm stepping aside.

Keep up the great work!!

Regretfully,

FredE

To All: From time to time, the questions is asked of my I use semi-log charts and what is the difference between linear and semi-log.

Semi-log charts break down the price relationship into percentages. So say a 20 to 40 dollar move looks the same on the chart as a 100 to 200 dollar move. They are both doubles. On a linear chart the smaller dollar move would appear less dynamic, but in reality it was just as big a move for investors at the time as the latter move.

Last night I posted both a linear and semi-log chart on QCOM on my chart page on the MDA Web Site at:

homestead.com

If you are interested in a very revealing comparison, I suggest taking a look.

Regards,
LG
