zurdo, thats exactly what i said. I didnt expect a call from him. I was just going to leave him a voice mail. If he didnt respond, I was going to page him as suggested here by someone. i was surprised when the recptionist answered. i expected an automated attendant which would somehow give me the extension based on name or some other criteria. The secretary did pass me thru to his voice mail. Maybe she was a temp during lunch break. May be it was my Karma waiting on the bench for so long. Zurdo, I reached him on tuesday. He stands by his words in the earnings release where he said they have strengthened the underwriting team. He would not comment on the star tribune article, he pointed out that it was not an interview with him and he did not return their (star tribunes) calls. I mentioned to him that I was shaken out of much of my shares for a loss but was still holding several thousand for the ipo. He said he was sorry to hear that and hoped I was not on margin. I asked about the 9/9 shareholders meeting and he confirmed the date without any indication of that day being pivotal to the ipo one way or another. All in all I have to believe that they are in fact working on this thing and sooner or later it will happen, Paulson's just a tough nut to crack. Chuck

NAVR is holding pretty well, considering the overall market. But the question now is where the hell is the support/bottom for NAVR. It is slowly killing us 1/8 or 1/4 everyday! And the million dollar question. Will NETR still go ahead with the IPO since market conditions are not good? Or will we have to wait until FOMC meeting on August 24.
