Jenna: AREM... NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 1999--AremisSoft Corporation (Nasdaq: AREM - news) today announced its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 1999. The Company reported revenue of $16.7 million, a 36.0% increase from the $12.3 million reported for the second quarter of 1998, and a sequential increase of 27.7% from $13.1 million in the first quarter of 1999. Net income for the quarter increased 56.8% to $2.5 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, as compared to $1.6 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the year-ago quarter.
