Dan, not quite, imo. Just because WINR only has 2 quarters of revenue generation, it is unrealistic to judge them as if they made 5 cents per share in the last 12 months. They made 5 cents in the last 6 months.

Analysts will often evaluate stocks based on PE "going forward". Look at ValueLine, which heavily bases their ratings on future projections.

I agree that you may be right and that it may be how investors are looking at WINR, but unless they believe that WINR will lose money or breakeven in Q3 and Q4, then there is not a question that WINR is undervalued.

I am not too bothered by it, because it affords those of us patient enough to wait a few months, the ability to have a very nice return.
