My observations were from a purely technical standpoint. Specifically, using candlesticks and noting the decreasing open/close changes over the last two days combined with five to ten day downtrends. The narrowing difference between open and close indicates, to me, an impending short-term bottom. I wait for one or two day closes "up" - which would create engulfing, harami or morningstar patterns, and thus a possible one-to-two day uptrend. It's worked fairly well for me lately, combined with uptrends in money flow, momentum, and volume.

Good Luck,
Scrumpy
