Hi WP,

I'm not speaking for Rich...just my thoughts on your comments.

Teck and Marietta are basically investing in the project right now They have both visited the site- Mariettta has committed to sales of product and Teck has commited to jv/operator/ of project after their DD is complete.

This company is TOTALLY unknown to the public and I'd guess that most followers on this thread paid much more than .75 for their stock - so this buying base is probably used up.
The company needs to start promoting...but they will need money to do that.

As far as institutions and funds...there are only about 4.6 million shares fully dilluted. Far too small for the big guys to get involved. They prefer companies with liquidity - CSL is not liquid.
I'm sure people are starting to look after that last press release but big money will stay on the sidelines until there is a confirmed deal with Teck. They don't care if they pay .70 or 3.00 - if they like it they'll pay to get involved.

good luck.

spiney

ps. tell everyone you know about this one - the company needs fresh investors who are new to the story and the developments.

Good evening William,

>>Are these your calculations or are they numbers provided by the company? Where did the source for these projections come from?<<

These are my numbers. The sources of information are many, which include some of the original test work and studies that were completed and conversations with one of the geologists that were involved in the beginning. Keep in mind, as I have always said, these are "best estimates". They are only intended to give a general idea of what potential the project holds.

But with that said, I have found nobody, including people far more knowledgeable then me, who can dispute them. The numbers we all want to see, is Tecks.

>>It seems to me that if these are factual numbers that: 1)Teck would be investing heavily in Cadre as would Martin Marietta.<<

Teck is investing as heavily as is prudent. Should they take a position in a company when they have not even completed an evaluation of the project ??

>>2) The public would also be investing heavily in Cadre<<

99% of the public has no idea who Cadre is and it shows.

>>3)Institutions and funds would be investing in Cadre.<<

We will see what happens when the report is complete. I do know there is interest, but there is also guidelines that have to be met....we'll see.

Have a good night,

Rich
