Many emerging markets have antiquated phone systems and may be inclined to junk the whole set-up for new state-of-the-art systems. This is preposterous. An emerging market is going to set up a parallel phone system and cut it over overnite? Or are they going to trash the existing system and be without phone service until Cisco installs the new system and works out the bugs? Either way, this is CSCO wishful thinking. An LU, NT, ALA, or Siemens hand off system is what is going to be implemented.
