I don't think we owe A/C anything for that one. State Farm has been an investor since last fall through convertible preferred. The deal with A/C was inked this February. Check out the '98 10K and '99 press releases for details. S1 has a development center in Littleton, Mass. That's likely where the new hires will be working.

The new S1 lists Aetna, the Principal Group, and Safeco as customers. See the slide show for that. State Farm is presumably a customer also, but for obvious competitive reasons there's a lot of stealth going regarding the launch of their sites. So the short answer is no, I haven't heard anything about how far along S1 is reagarding insurance company sites, but Doug's sleuthing in the Boston Globe classifieds provides a clue that business in that area is booming.
