Gregor .. doubt they will be fully reporting at that time, but they *should* have applied by that time. Don said they anticipated filing in October, once all the financials were in (audited). So November 8 would not give enough time for acceptance. But if all goes well, I would anticipate we should be fully reporting no later than early 2000! This should be a very positive meeting ... a lot different than last year!

I doubt that we will know, by the AGM, whether the SEC has accepted the filing to become fully reporting. Most estimates I recall seeing put the submission time as "late calendar year 1999" with an anticipation that the SEC, in its infinite wisdom, will have some additional questions to ask.

I nevertheless look forward to the day when this is finalized.
