No, it definately won't open down. By a point or two below opening I mean opening price(first trade), not what the IPO was priced at.
IMO best chances for profit are if you can get NTOP @ 25 or less.
Could start trading as late as 1pm.
May be able to make a point or two on CNSW. Downside risk is minimal but you would need to pick up at least 500 shares to make it worthwhile. Wouldn't pay more then 9 though.
