I have one penny stock (WNCR) on which I am already taking a bath. I would not even consider "investing" in any other online gambling sites with the current bill in Congress. Does not look good for these online gambling sites - and with current market conditions, it is difficult enough to find stocks to buy that have a possibility of making good, why invest in anything that does not have a good risk/reward ratio.

Congress probably won't get to it this year.

While the anti-gambling rhetoric has been pronounced by some members on the hill, there are too many other more important bills being taking up their time. IMO they won't get to debating this issue until next year, so I feel safe with all my holdings which 'touch' on online gambling, at least for the next 6 months.
