Come on Techguy.... get with the program here.. You know there have been almost absolutely NO Y2K ASSESSMENT OR REMEDIATION on US waterways or resevoirs. And I can say with reasonable assurance that the Jet Stream and Dew points are also being ignored. The threat? The natural rain making capability of nature may possibly abend, or may fail to properly respond to gravitaional forces. Or in those cases when rainmaking cloud formations actually work, we may get the equivalent of 100 years of rain in a single instant causing traumatic flooding. Regards, Ron
