Hi Susan,

Like you, I too have been monitoring this apparently
oversold stock. With the summer doldrums upon us the bottom may well be further down.

Have you done any DD on this stock or on the internet/intranet maintenance/consulting space? My impression is USWeb has the focus that other companies like IBM cannot provide, and USWeb is going to brand themseleves everywhere as the gorilla in this space.

My fear is their service can become commoditized. My hope is that the IBMs cannot be as focused as USWeb, and in such a rapidly changing industry that focus is required to be sensitive to rapid changes in this industry and then apply them to the client base.

Another thing I like is USWeb is riding pretty much exclusively on the very high e-commerce wave which is not expected to end for quite some time; IBM and others are on the weaker PC, hardware maintenance, software waves.

Just my opinion. What is yours?
