Y2K products, Quick-Fixx 2000 and Quick Fixx "Lite" software for review
by this software giant with an eye towards either acquisition or a
bundling agreement and has signed documents regarding this review, but
there are no agreements beyond this between the companies and there
will not be any negotiations between the companies until the review is
complete. The review is expected to take 4-6weeks.
