Looking for safe investment with high dividend yield, growth potential, etc. Just found MT (Meditrust Corporation). Div.: 14.7 %. At 52 weeks lows 10 - 11. 40% held by inst. Book Value $19.31... Looks like good candidate for bottom fishing (as a long term holding). Though medical services are bottomless sometimes... Am I missing anything? Any better ideas?
