Robert, you are right.

I have decided to sell until I find out what kind of dilution we will see due to the new acquisitions.

To many unanswered questions. Where is the product? Will they get someone who has some taste to design the web page? Where are they getting the cash to take over other companies? Where is my investor info pack I requested three weeks ago?

I doubt we will see any big numbers in the quarterly report usually issued the end of Aug.

Out of here for now.

RE>>There are way better sites all over. I feel that what they have done is just minimum.<<

I think the market is reflecting that disappointment with a lower price. I am going to dig into this as much as time will allow tomorrow and see if I can find out just WHAT is going on !

Robert I just reread the News release about the SOS acquisition and they state:

......, Oriole's current e-commerce project that provides overseas
products over the World Wide Web. Oriole's e-commerce Web site
mymart.net was launched on July 26, 1999, on servers in Canada and
the United States. After a period of limited production, MyMart.net will begin to
showcase a selection of high quality products from China, with potential revenues
of $36.5-million over two years ....... etc. etc.

The news states that they are running a "Limited Production" I Bold faced it for you. Things may improve if they get more product up quickly.

Robert I talked to Al and he told me that they received a very poor quality order of Goods from China. They are therefore only offering the stuff they get made right here in Canada and sent back the stuff from China. That is the supposed to be the reason for the hold up in product for sale. He told me he did not want to ruin the reputation of MYMART by putting out second grade materials.
He said " I don't know if they were testing us or what but we had the items inspected and it was not first rate so we sent it back"
