<<I blame mgmnt for not convincing the Street of their potential.>>

I tend to agree.....yet, the underwriters have not been outstanding either.....I love how folks are concerned about valuations -- they ought to be selling the Stamp.coms and eToys of the world more aggressively. Remember, NETP has never had a run-up like most of the net stocks.....its price is falling on VERY low volume -- the weak holders are dumping and there are really very few buyers today. NETP has exceeded all the analyst targets and still executes very well....they obviously need to make the investing world understand their story more effectively. I plan to hold my shares and see great potential for a come back.

It's a tough day for the tech and internet investors....IMO, its valuable to invest in great companies and have a LONG time horizon.

Best Regards,

Scott

<<Geez,Paul Allen could buy us out for lunch money at these prices.>>

Stephen: I agree...maybe we should email Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures and encourage them to step up to the plate and take a MUCH larger position in NETP (while its available at bargain basement prices). IMO, a BIG Paul Allen announcement would send a message to Wall Street investors and force many shorts to cover their NETP positions ahead of schedule. Just my views.

Best Regards,

Scott
