Re ICGE reserved shares:

there are 13.25 mm shrs available.

But SFE has 1.25 reserved (down to 12 mm)
insiders have 2.6 mm reserved (down to 9.4 mm)
IBM's buying $45 million woth, or about 3.75 mm shrs (down to 5.65 mm)
GE capital's buying 1.8 mm shrs (down to 3.85 mm)

I reposted this, but I am not sure if it is the correct interpretation. The prospectus confuses me a lot.

Tom D. My numbers came from same prospectus on page 24. I wonder what makes up difference. I agree with your use of larger shares.
Also, I got call from my broker at merrill lynch this afternoon and he indicated offer may not start week of Aug. 2.
