The only thing IMF knows how to do is sending money to everyone except our tax payers.

I read somewhere that all of the Russian governments income goes to the servicing of it's debt - the utter default seems unavoidable. the IMF is wasting it's time and taxpayers' money to bail out a few fat cat hedge funds and investment banks who should've known better...the Russian government has a long-standing tradition of defaulting on it's debt. hb
