email reponse from DRGI: RB post.. bummer they aren't selling any shares to the market.. guess they have all they need to get the deals done .. and as the CEO already said.. the deals "ARE DONE"... just waiting on the news is all... I received this e-mail regarding the possibility of getting some shares through a 504 offering at maybe .035 I have done this before and got shares at over three times the market value. I would like to know what the new shares will be used for (Is it the Carolina land deal) Here's the e-mail from the broker... Robert, thanks for your response and interest in DRGI. However, we have no intentions of pursuing a 504 or any other types of capital offerings in the immediately foreseeable future. M. Hunt
